We used to visit the Klondike when family was in town to play the $2 blackjack and 10 cent roulette. They need to get their crap together and find professional people to work in the restaurant! A few minutes later I heard Rachel cussing and screaming behind the bar area of the restaurant while trying to rip open a Plastic bag, that she shoved a box of food in And basically through it at the man who ordered the food.
I was angry so I got up to talk to her at the front counter, and asked if I could speak to another manager, she said he wasn’t in at the moment and AGAIN walked away from me.
Rachel had no care in the world and proceeded to say “the server said you ordered them scrambled” then walked away, She DIDNT offer to have it remade or anything. I informed the little Asian lady in the restaurant what was wrong and she got the manager Rachel. This place use to be a good spot, I can’t say that anymore, My wife and I went in there for breakfast on Wednesday and my breakfast came out wrong, my bacon was so burnt I couldn’t even bite into it, I ordered my eggs scrambled and they came out over easy.
